CranioSacral Therapy

Balance Your Rhythm

A non-invasive modality that seeks to find and treat restrictions throughout the body systems.

Restrictions within the CranioSacral system can lead to tension patterns, restrictions or affect the functioning of all bodily systems including the musculoskeletal, endocrine (hormones), cardio-respiratory, gastrointetstinal, lymphatic, immune and reproductive systems.

How does CranioSacral Therapy Work?

Through various assesments tools, I can globally assess your body and CranioSacral system and find the primary restrictions or root causes of issues.

Over time our body may compensate around particular restrictions in order to keep us functioning well. When the body can no longer compensate or the restrictions are so great that it overcomes the body's compensatory strategies, sysmptoms occurs.

Remedial Massage Therapy

Natural Healing

Is a form of deep tissue massage which is focused on regaining normal muscle and soft tissue flexibility to assist recovery from or to help prevent injury.
It is used to treat chronic muscular-skeletal imbalances, strains, sprains, broken bones, bruising or any injury where the skin is intact. Deep tissue massage removes blockages, damaged cells, scar tissue and adhesions left after injury, speeds up recovery and encourages more complete healing. Remedial massage is also used for conditions created by lifestyle for example Repetitive strain injury and Back pain. It is designed to increase the flow of blood and lymph, particularly in the injured areas.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Movement of Lymph Fluid

Manual Lymph Drainage was pioneered by Danish massage practitioner Emil Vodder in the 1930's.
The main functions of the lymphatic system in the body are the removal of waste, excess protein and fluid absorption and removal; cleaning and returning of substances that escape from blood; regulation of fluid volume and pressure in the tissues; localize infection by transporting immuno competent cells around the body to where they are needed, produce immunity and more.
Manual Lumph Draninage requires slow, rhythmic, specific manual strokes delivered with a super light touch and always in the correct direction in order to overcome the resistance provided by the viscosity of the lymph fluid.

Reiki Second Degree

Balance Your Chi

Reiki is the "Univesal Life Force," it's the energy within us, all around us and its origin dates back to the begining of time, since creation.
Usui Reiki is anccient healing Method, its origin can be traced back thousand of years to anccient Tibet and re-emerged in the 19th century through Miko Usui.
During a Reiki session, the channel becomes a catalyst, he/she creates the space for healing to occur; we become a tool, an instrument wich allows the energy to flow through us where it is needed most, regardless of where your hands are.
Ultimately, we cannot take any credit for any healing achieved because, although we channel the energy, it is really up to the patient to decide to heal, whether that choice is made consciously or, more subconsciously.
Reiki removes and releases stagnant energy blocked in the body. After or during a Reiki session, people may sometimes feel emotional, or temporarily experience discomfort/sickness. Just know that they are clearing a blockage and it is, paradoxically, a very positive sign of healing. However, within a short time, they should feel energized, uplifted and lighhearted.
